Sami Altuğ Uğur / Senior Executive Advisor & Business Development Director
Interior architect and designer, Sami Altuğ Uğur received his higher education at the Fine Art Faculty – University of Bilkent and M.Sc. Mass Housing – Marmara University.
After graduating, he worked in construction companies between 1995 and 2005 in various positions in Turkey and Kazakhstan.
He founded his own company in 2005 and served as a consultant, implementer and manufacturer in many projects, both public and private, in Kazakhstan, Middle Asia and abroad until 2014.
In this period, he started his long-term cooperation with Sea Defense, representing Sea Defense in the Central Asian region until 2021.After completing his duties abroad and leaving his own design firm, he turned back to the Istanbul headquarters office in 2021.
Mr. Uğur is now fully committed to discovering new international opportunities and integrating them into Sea Defense and continues to work as a Senior Executive Advisor and Business Development in the Sea Defense Team.
He speaks English, Russian and Kazakh.
